On the Beach!! 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Waterfront Condo with boat slip.

Resort style, family friendly condo situated on the second floor with a VIEW from EVERY room!! This is a true vacation destination....Enjoy the central courtyard, pool/hot tub area and private beach complete with tables with an umbrella and chairs as well as loungers.

Beautiful, newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, with panoramic views of Mara Lake from every room. Spacious, open living room and kitchen with granite countertops, large island and separate table, provides seating for up to 8.

Each bedroom is it’s own master with adjoining bathroom. The larger lake view bedroom has two double beds, while the other lake view bedroom has a queen and additional bunk bed in a walk through area, with custom barn doors for privacy.

Enjoy happy hour and your dinner while watching the sunset from the private patio with sectional and BBQ.

It doesn’t get any better than this.

A boat slip is also available upon request.

Two cruiser bikes are also available upon request.

Maximum occupancy is 7 people.

Parking is restricted to the two assigned underground stalls, and no additional parking is available.

Inquire about discounted rates during the shoulder and off seasons.

Long term rentals are also available from October - April.

Great property right on lake

A great way to have the Mara/Shushwap Lake experience (beach and water) while also having the amenities of a pool, exercise room, etc. Really nice property.

Amazing views

A lovely condo in a perfect locations for summer vacation on lake with beach, pool, water amenities for enjoyment. Condo was clean and supplied everything that is needed to make the perfect vacation. This unit is modern with all amenities plus some.

A gem on Mara

We were thoroughly impressed with how clean and organized the condo was. There was more than enough dishes and supplies provided to last us the week. Both the lake and pool were clean and warm. The games room in the complex and the games provided in the condo were a highlight on a rainy day. Steve was excellent to communicate with and showed us around when we arrived. Our favorite Okanagan place was no longer available and we were hoping that this could be its replacement. This place exceeded our expectations and has now become our new favorite summer destination! We can’t wait to return next year! :)

A beautiful home away from home

This property was perfect for us, we were a group of 7, 3 adults and 4 children. Everyone had their own space and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The grocery store is only 5mins away and It was great to have everything available in the kitchen for us to cook all of our meals. The view was beautiful from both bedrooms and the living room, even better if you just step out on the patio and if early enough, you’ll get to see the eagle perched in the tree to the right or scooping a fish from the lake. It’s only a few stairs down to the sandy beach that we mostly had to ourselves or, down to the pool area which seems to be the busiest spot. We did meet some of the people in the complex and those we did meet, were very kind. The dock was great to store our seadoo, the boat launch is just a little way down the narrows and we stored the trailer at reds rentals for $75/week. The kayaks were a great bonus, the kids loved taking them down “turtle creek” to see the turtles, it’s a very peaceful little creek to head down. In all, the only disappointing thing I have to say is that I’m writing this review because our stay had to end :-/.
