We enjoyed our stay- this was a great location. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. We enjoyed the outdoor space. Our only suggestion to improve the experience would be to include basic supplies such as bath towels, shampoo and soap.

Beautiful house, clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room for the family to either spread out or be together. Kevin was a very responsive and polite host. The only issue we had was The Sweetwater Tavern next door has live outdoor music on the weekends during the summer that goes well past midnight, be prepared and bring earplugs!

Property has an awesome deck overlooking Duck Lake. There is a pub & grill close by. House was clean except carpet in first bedroom should be cleaned. Kitchen was great except needs to be better stocked with basics like plastic wrap, foil, spices etc. We stayed Friday & Saturday nights so there was live music at the pub which was very loud! Keep that in mind if you like to go to bed early. Otherwise everything else was fine.

overall good. Air conditioning made the lower level very cold and main level ok. Not balanced very well. Main and lower bathroom could use some hooks to hang clothes while showering. Also boat dock did not have available space as shown due to 3 pontoons being on it and the 4 slot unusable due to a large rock in the shallow water.

Clean, beautiful view, convenient but read listing carefully

Overall property was as listed other than the assigned dock area only has one tie down which didn’t work to tie our boat up to, we had to wait until Sweetwater dock opened up and use that one instead. Being next to a bar was both convenient but as expected a bit loud at night with bands playing but we brought box fans to drown the sound and that worked great. The most inconvenient issue was the need to supply your own towels and then not have access to the laundry room. We had to spend a day of our vacation at the local laundromat. The listing does not say there is a laundry room but we overlooked that as the need to bring your own towels led us assume we had access to one.
