The front porch area was clean and approach to the house showed promising signs. Upon entering into the house, there was a fair amount dust present where ever you would look. Almost all the dishes and cutlery with in the draws had dirt or signs of not being cleaned properly. The dust on the backside of the blinds inside the bedrooms was extremely thick, let alone the dust in the living room as well. The fan with in the bathroom was absolutely covered in dust, to the fact it would have been a fire hazard, had one of us not actually cleaned it during our stay. The layer of dust on top of the fridge changed the colour of the fridge itself. The rear lawn is in need of a mow. Almost all of the light switches need to be replaced. The air conditioner, took over 28hrs to heat to 20 (with the house being 11 upon entering).The floors are also needing a mop. Great location, however more due diligence is required for keeping the property in a clean state for future guests.
