The house is centrally located and was convenient for all of our outings. It is clean and has many of the items we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are very nice. The towels were very nice and there was a generous supply of toilet tissue, which has not always been the case in many of the VRBOs we have previously stayed in. Fortunately, the weather was fairly moderate, even though it got a bit warm on some days. There was no air conditioning, but the host did provide fans to help move the air. This worked in most of the rooms, but one of the bedrooms did not have a screen on the window, so it was not possible to open the window to get any air movement. One of the bedrooms in the basement had a bed on the floor, but there was not a window. It worked okay for our teenage family member, but others were reluctant to stay in that room. Other than those situations, I would stay in this house again.
