Property neat and is in not very far from downtown attractions. Starbucks and other food/restaurants nearby . Kevin & Lisa were helpful in making this a smooth process. Overall had great time.

This condo is centrally located, was exactly as advertised and the communication with Kevin (the host) was one of the best that we have ever had using VRBO. He was timely, understanding and proactive. I highly recommend to anyone else looking a condo in Vancouver.

We couldn’t have asked for more! The location was top notch! Easy walking access to everything—aquabus, skytrain, grocery store. Comfortable and clean condo. Communication with Kevin was detailed, clear, easy. Kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, including an electric grill that was an added bonus. Look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Vancouver!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Check in was easy and straightforward, the apartment was clean and quiet with great views, with lots of dining options nearby. Short 7 minute walk to the Seabus to Granville Island. Highly recommended!

Excellent location for a couple/pair looking to explore Vancouver. Close to the beach and downtown (walkable to most things). While the outside of the building is small/unassuming, the apartment is great and is everything the description says. Excellent host, don't miss this property!

We had a wonderful stay in the city centre and experienced life in downtown Vancouver. The flat has a good equipment and is very light. We very much enjoyed sitting in the window area.

Very convenient as we were having surgery at St. Paul’s But if you want to enjoy the city also very central. If you want to enjoy outdoor activities the apartment is very close to 2 nd narrows

My partner and I had a really amazing time staying at Kevins place. The place was clean, cute and well furnished. The bed and sheets was very comfortable and we really appreciated the little attention to details. We also loved the area and it was so close to everything. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would highly recommend this place.

Great location!

The property was clean, cute and perfect for our extended weekend getaway. The bed was very comfortable and our kids enjoyed sleeping in the living room with a view of the skyline at night. We also had everything we needed and the host was very responsive, kind and helpful. We walked everywhere and took the aquabus to Granville Island, among other fun adventures like the aquarium that was a quick drive away. Great place to stay and exactly as the description and photos show.

We loved our apartment. Fabulous location, beautiful views from the balcony, lovely decor, and had everything we needed. The kitchen seemed very well equipped, though we didn’t cook at all. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We did have trouble getting into the building initially, but when we reached out to the hosts they immediately responded and got us the info we needed. A fantastic location: walkable to the waterfront, shopping district, great restaurants, etc. The hosts provided lots of extra little touches to make our stay wonderful, including extra toothbrushes, little cookies to welcome us, lots of recommendations on things to do and restaurants, a nice soft blanket on the balcony furniture for cool evenings, beautiful little string lights and electric candles on the patio, soft bedding and towels, etc. We would stay here again and highly recommend!
