Nicely furnished condo. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Great complex very well maintained. Everything was very clean except the floors were a bit dirty - end up with dirty feet. For some reason, this usually happens in those condos that we rent no matter the company that we rent from so we always just bring a swifter.

Honestly, one of the best condos we've stayed at! Was not overly crowded. Parking is usually an issue, but our parking spot was right next to our condo door. Plenty of extras for a couple of nights' stay. The facilities were beautiful, and the pool area was perfect for children of all ages. Would love to stay here again!

We had such a great stay at this condo! Everything was spotless when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made traveling so much easier.The pool was a huge highlight for our family—clean, relaxing, and perfect for all ages. We spent so much time enjoying it! Overall, it was a stress-free, enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and lazy river were the highlights. The grounds are well kept. The ony issue was a dirty floor and mold and mildew in the free standing ice machine. The freezer made ice so it was not a problem for us. We would consider another stay at this unit.

There are a couple things to note, some of the blinds in the living room were missing. That made it harder to sleep in the living room area. Also, the couch did not pull out to make a bed, I’m glad we didn’t truly depend on that extra sleeping space. Other than that, we had a great stay at this condo. We love Phoenix on the Bay

Family Pool Fun

Great place & a decent remodel in last decade. Extremely Family Friendly Huge Lazy River Pool, putting green & Boat Launch My Only complaint is Pool Towels Should Be Provided! And Could use some board games & a few more decorations. Definitely would stay again however.
