NO SMOKING / NO PETS: This is a strictly non-smoking, pet free unit. There will be a fine, forfeiture of stay, and required reimbursement for all costs of deodorization (which could be thousands of dollars) if smoking occurs in the unit. This rule is closely monitored and strictly enforced.
BOAT SLIPS/WAVERUNNER BEACH/TRAILER PARKING/LAUNCH: For those wishing to bring their boat or waverunner, Phoenix on the Bay is a boat owner's dream!
For boats up to 27' in length, rent our owner slip for only $50 per day (times the number of days of your stay), the year round rate, regardless of weekend, peak season or holiday.
After booking this unit, the unit's slip availability is GUARANTEED. Simply let us know you plan to bring a boat (maximum 27') and we will then secure payment from you for use of the slip AFTER you book your stay through VRBO. After the additional separate payment is made to reserve the owner's boat slip, we then provide instructions on everything you need to bring your boat for your stay.
For those needing a 40' or 50' boat slip (needed for boats 27' or longer), or jet skis, simply call the front desk at Phoenix on the Bay at 251-980-5700 to reserve your space, after you book. Slips rented through the front desk vary in cost depending upon peak season, holiday rate, weekend rate, type of boat, and size of slip requested, and are first come first served. NOTE: The HOA mandates that all boats in the marina show proof of liability insurance, upon check-in in order to receive a sticker authorizing use of the marina.
Trailer parking is $10 per night, reserved in person through the front desk, upon arrival at Phoenix on the Bay (trailer spaces unfortunately cannot be reserved in advance, and are subject to availability. Less expensive / additional offsite trailer parking may also be recommended thru the front desk if trailer spaces fill up).
ONE TIME PARKING PASS FEE: Your reservation covers your entire stay, with the exception of parking passes. All vehicles must have a parking pass. A single parking pass is approximately $58, good for your entire stay, subject to annual increases by the HOA (two parking pass limit per stay). After you book with us, our HOA parking vendor will email you instructions on how to purchase your parking pass (or passes) prior to arrival. Once paid, it is simply a matter of stopping by the front desk to get your parking pass and wristbands.
VIRTUAL TOUR NOTE: Subsequent to the virtual tour, we have replaced the sleeper sofa, and both recliners with slip covered over sized swivel rocker chairs. Quilts, bedding and area rugs have also been added.
