The Space:
This ground-floor condo combines chic Yucatan-inspired design with comfort. Located in a peaceful setting, it offers a peaceful escape with a private pool, terrace, and garden area. The space is flooded with natural light and seamlessly connects with the outdoors.

Walk through lush walking trails to reach Tulum’s lively town center and beaches. Nearby, you'll find fantastic dining options, shopping, and attractions like the Tulum Ruins, eco-parks, and beach clubs. Local favorites like KOKORO, BEJUCO, and SUCULENTA TAMALERIA are just a short distance away for delicious dining options.

Getting Around:
The condo is approximately 74 miles (119 km) or a 1 hr 40-min drive from Cancun International Airport (CUN). We recommend arranging your airport transfer in advance for convenience. Parking is available on the premises. Public transportation options are accessible within a short walk, with Tulum's main town and beach road just minutes away by car or bike.

THIS COMPLEX IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES AND LOUD GROUPS. CONDOMINIUM RULES WILL BE ENFORCED.

Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.

Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

This condo is in an area with its own 24-hour guarded security.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, some bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bath & beach towels, and a few home and bath essentials are provided complimentary during your stay. We can also help with an airport transfer if needed, just let us know!

We provide some home and bath essentials to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but just note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’d need to purchase more.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed at the property, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited.
- Please, no glasses, bottles, food, or coolers in the pool. Only use disposable or plastic glasses.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condominium complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy during your stay but if you need anything just send us a message we're available 24 hours a day.
