Nestled in the heart of the city, our beautiful vintage Californian bungalow offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.
With its open-concept layout and large windows, this home is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal while enjoying the beautiful view while the spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. Sit by the balcony and enjoy your drinks or meals with a panoramic tree view.
Our home feature six bedrooms, including an ensuite with a walk-in robe, with two bathrooms, one is with a bath and a total of three toilets. At the lower level, you will find an underground retreat with a huge living, dining, games area, that opens to a large backyard and a mini-golf course, play equipment and trampoline which will provide enjoyment for all ages and even your furry friends. A fire pit during colder months ensures warmth whilst you sit out and enjoy the fresh air.
Our home is located just minutes from the famous Studley Park Boathouse, Collingwood Farm, Kew Junction Shopping Centre, and Farmer's Market, this home offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. Bus station just a few minutes walk away, you'll have easy access to all the city has to offer.

You have access to the whole area of the house. It is a split level house and have stairs going downstairs to the lower ground which has a laundry, toilet, additional room, living, dining, entertainment room, patio, mini golf and a large backyard.

Our well furnished cosy home is central to all local attractions!
Whether you fancy a game of golf in the Yarra Bend Golf Club, or leisurely walks on the many picturesque river trails, our location has it covered
Only a stroll away will lead you to the beautiful Hyde Park, Studley Park Boathouse and great coffee shops and restaurants.
Kew is located approximately 15 minutes by tram to the city (only 7km). Kew Village is fantastically located on 2 tram lines.
The 48 tram lines takes you through Bridge Rd Richmond and past the MCG into the Melbourne CBD.
The 102 tram travels into Victoria St Abbotsford. You can also use this tram to access Smith St and Brunswick St, Fitzroy
The bus stop is a 3 minute minutes walk from our home.
This house in not wheelchair friendly. There are some steps to the main entrance of the house. There is one bedroom and toilet on the lower ground level floor, whilst four bedrooms are on the ground level.
The basic room price is based on 8 guests sharing 4 rooms, otherwise extra guests fee applies.
Please select the right amount of guests when making your reservation or you might be paying a lot more and extra cleaning fee.
There is an extra $50 for each extra guest, if more than 8 guests.
Our space can accommodate up to 16 guests with extra bedding provided. Extra bedding for extra guests would be four single beds and three sofa beds.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.
The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.
Important:
Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
*Please note that bedding/linen/towels are provided for number of guests booked.
*Additional charge will be applied for extra guests and need to be advised in booking.
