-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.

Big spacious house. Good location

Property owner was very accommodating in allowing an early check in which made our weekend alot easier. Would reccommend if looking for spacious budget accommodation
