Our "Granny Flat" 1.3 acre waterfront property comes with many attractive features including a motor boat, canoe, paddle boat, use of our private hot tub and sauna, large dock with swim ladder

* 3 BEDROOMS (SLEEP 8 OR 9 COMFORTABLY) 3rd bedroom is part of the sauna building at the water's edge
* Underwater sand beach with gradual slope for little kids
