This place is brand new (completed July 2017) located in Dunedin's historic Warehouse precinct. It has also recently been listed as a Category 1 heritage building - a building of national significance. The apartments are warm, well insulated & have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob & a pyrolytic oven. The decor is is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.
The Space:
Very tidy neat space. Overlooks the harbour, handy to town. Free all day parking across the road.

Close to bus stops and other public transport and just over the bridge to the Monarch Wildlife Harbour Cruise
Other Things to Note:
The best setting for the washer dryer is the 5 kg wash and dry. Keep pressing the dry button until it says extra dry on the control panel. Don't over fill the machine.
