About this property

A Stone's Throw From Town (Cosy Home)

Small from the outside, this unit packs a punch with functionality and is ready to impress.

Spacious double bedroom (which can be set up with either a Super King bed, or 2x King Singles) with built in wardrobes and bathroom with 2 points of entry.

The kitchen, living and dining space is fully equipped with everything needed to cook up a storm and unwind for the evening.

Complete with off street parking for a medium sized vehicle, all within a stone's throw from town!

Simon is available during your stay and is more than happy to respond in a timely manner.

We are within walking distance (10 minutes, down a hill) of the historic Warehouse Precinct, and the many great cafe's and eateries nearby. Journey only slightly further (15 minutes from the apartment) and you will find yourself in the Octagon, the main hub of the City Centre.

With the exception of the shared (but private) spa, the apartment is entirely your own - with a small private deck area at the front of the property.

A regular bus service runs to and from town from High Street, a 1 minute walk from the Unit.

Parking was extremely tight. Although 10 min walk to casino it's very steep hill so drove. Didn't use spa since not private. Quite small inside although to be fair when re-looking at photos they are clear and show what is there.
