Gîte de l'Ouve<br><br>Looking for a holiday close to home?<br><br>This charming house, nestled between land and sea, is perfect for you! <br><br>Enjoy this lovely, fully renovated accommodation for 4 people, fully equipped, featuring a small outdoor courtyard, and close to many water-based activities. <br><br>In a small, quiet village, this cosy little retreat—decorated with simplicity and harmony—will offer you rest and serenity after your outdoor activities.<br><br>On the ground floor: A beautiful living area with an open kitchen and living room, plus a bathroom.<br><br>Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a walk-in closet.<br>Kitchen amenities: electric stove with glass-ceramic cooktop and range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dishes for 6 people, 2 coffee makers (electric and Senseo), toaster, kettle, cordless vacuum cleaner, round dining table, and chairs.<br><br>In the living room: flat-screen TV, 3-seater sofa, and coffee table.<br>In the bathroom: toilet, bathtub, washing machine, and hair dryer. The gite was a delight. Everything you need is provided. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host has great communication and is available if you need any help. A perfect stay. Can't recommend it enough!!
Séjour reposant dans un joli village au calme prés de la mer avec de belles plages.
La météo ne nous a pas permis de nous promener beaucoup mais nous avons quand même pu profiter de la plage et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. La mediatheque du village de Breteville sur Ay est bien documentée et la fête organisée pour la commémoration des 80 ans de la libération était très réussie. Plus un joli concert solo de clarinette tous les vendredis à l'église, bravo !
Premier séjour en Normandie, ravis de nos vacances ensoleillées.Maison très bien située, joliment décorée, rien ne manque. Encore merci pour ce séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Propriété récente, très agréable, décorée avec goût, où rien ne manque. Deux vraies chambres, bien confortables, une pièce de vie bien agencée etc. La proprietaire, très sympathique, est aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette toute petite bourgade, bien reposante. Cerise sur le gâteau : un temps magnifique ! Location à recommander.
Gite très bien situé...Très propre...Très fonctionnel...
A notre arrivée, les lits étaient faits...le linge de maison fourni (serviette de toilette..gants...torchon ).. tout était prêt à être utilisé (lessive...produit lave-vaisselle .papier hygiénique..papier essuie tout...).. en plus il y avait des petits cookies au chocolat et une belle rose de bienvenue...la propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute...Très disponible...nous pensons revenir...
