This absolute beachfront, renovated, fully self contained, 2 brm unit is located on a high floor of Royal Palm Resort, at the south end of beautiful Palm Beach. The apartment has ocean and unobstructed hinterland views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta.

The resort facilities include a 33m Lagoon pool with heated spa, steam room, gym, BBQ facilities, tennis court, mini golf green, kids games room, tour desk and secure underground parking. The resort has direct walking access to patrolled beaches, Currumbin Alley, Pirate Park playground and the popular Dune Cafe.

Just a 3 minute stroll from the Palm Beach shopping precint, Coles, cafes, restaurants and bars.
A 5 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to either Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, to feed the lorikeets and meet a kangaroo, or Currumbin RSL for good food, pokies, sports and entertainment.
Less than 10 minute drive to Gold Coast Airport.
Less than 30 minute drive to the Gold Coast Theme Parks.

No car? That's not a problem. The property is on the busline. Just catch Translink route 700 from directly out front of the property to take you south to Coolangatta or north to Burleigh Heads, Broadbeach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Dracula's Cabaret and The Star Casino. Then just jump on the tram at Broadbeach and head up to Surfers Paradise and the Broadwater Parklands at Southport for a look.

A great stay in a beautiful part of the Gold Coast. Very family friendly, and perfectly located near the calm waters of Currumbin Creek, the famous beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything on your doorstep without compromising on relaxed vibes. Beautiful views from the spacious apartment. The building's facilities are excellent. And the communication from the owner was excellent, and a very kind welcome on arrival too. Would stay again.

The room, building and building property were all clean and tidy. Being the highest building in the area and the room near the top, the views are great, including that of Surfers Paradise to the north. We watched several whales breaching, people surfing and sunsets. Location is great with easy access to grocery stores, and restaurants, beaches, and attractions.

Lee and Shane are amazing hosts. Let us check in early and on arrival had an amazing gift basket. As well as milk in the fridge. The apartment was immaculate and the whole place was stocked with everything! The location close to everything, amazing pool that leads out to the beach. All I can say is amazing!! Amazing!! A fantastic home away from home

Perfect for families with amazing views of Palm Beach. The sunsets were spectacular. Close proximity to local shops, walking distance to Pirate Park and the Dune Cafe (highly recommend). Currumbin Wildlife Park and Elephant Rock a short drive away. The resort facilities are great with access to the pool, spa, gym and tennis court included. The host made our stay even more special, with a gift basket on arrival. We will definitely be back!

The host was amazing, very responsive and even had a beautiful gift basket waiting for us when we arrived in our unit. The unit was beautifully appointed, with everything you may need in the kitchen and then some. This truly was a home away from home and not just a place to sleep and shower.The view was amazing and the location is perfect, we were able to stay without renting a car and walking or Ubering when necessary.We were able to enjoy the beach, the pool and the other amenities. Walked to dinner just down the beach and did a little grocery shopping which is also walking distance. This coming from a grandma with a bum knee!If you are considering this rental, consider it your final place. I couldn't have been happier with a rental!
