Both of these spaces share a wall of sliders that guide you out to a backyard oasis with a wide porch offering al fresco dining and steps that lead down to a lushly fenced-in private pool deck.

Contrasting these open spaces are more intimate rooms for gathering – a den off the main foyer with sofa and flat-screen TV as well as a screened-in patio for bug-free outdoor enjoyment.

The crown jewel of the community spaces in this palatial getaway is the kitchen, embodying the modern Lowcountry aesthetic through shiplap accent walls and monochromatic flair. A second ground floor suite enjoys private access to the rear patio as well as a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and private access to a full bath with tub and shower.

The remaining guest rooms encircle a wide catwalk on the second floor overlooking both the foyer and the main living space.
