HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This spacious 3rd row home is located in the heart of Sea Pines, and is close to South Beach Marina and many island activities. The warm living room features a sectional sofa, TV and decorative fireplace and a bathroom off the living room. It also opens to the dining room that has a large table to seat eight. The best part of this house is the large, fully equipped kitchen which features an island with five bar stools, granite counters, Culligan water system (no need to buy water) and a cozy sitting area.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king bed, TV, and bathroom with a shower, jetted tub, double sinks and a walk in closet.

The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs. The first two have two twin beds in each, TV’s, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD and a private bathroom.

The outdoor amenities include a pool and a gas grill.

Just a two minute walk to the beach, this house is an Island Getaway favorite and will be soon become one of yours.

**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September.

*Please note, this house is 3rd row (2 minute walk to the beach) and does not require traveling to a beach entry. However, should you wish to use the facilities of the Sea Pines Beach Club please note the following: there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis.
A Free beach shuttle service is offered for beach access – refer to your property information for parking lot locations.
Beach parking is available after 5pm every day with no limitations.

This has been a wonderful place to spend our vacation on Hilton Head. the property worked very well with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Being so close to the beach was handy and having a private pool was great! The well stocked library had many good books. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Wonderful house, quiet

A great home for family gatherings. Lots of space and open area. Easy access to beach. A dryer issue, very quickly resolved by management. Very responsive.

We have been renting through island getaway for over 20 years. This is the first time I have ever had a major issue with the rental. When we arrived we found out the main freezer was not working. They did have an additional scratch and dent fridge added to the kitchen but it did not have an ice maker so we had to purchase ice every day. After reading the last review this clearly was an issue a month ago and we were not notified. A new house was being built next door and after a rain storm washed all the sand and dirt from the construction site into our pool, it was unusable from Tuesday on. The garage door stopped working on thursday. This hose definitely needs some attention. I was appreciative to island getaway for compensating us due to having all of these issues but not having the pool in the end really was an issue for the boys. I will definitely keep renting through island getaway but will not be renting this house again.

June 2021 Stay

The home is large and conveniently located to beach. Some upgrades are needed. The freezer was out of order and a second refrigerator was placed in the corner of the kitchen but did not have an ice maker so we had to purchase ice every day from Publix. Also ran out of propane which took a day to replace however called the emergency number and they handled. Family loved the vacation and plan to return.

Location was wonderful and the house beautiful, though maybe ready for bathroom updates and interior painting in the near future. Would be nice to have more welcoming touches - beach towels, some starter kitchen items, maybe a list of owner's recommendations for things to do/places to eat from a "native's" perspective. Pool needs some TLC and some PRIVACY - maybe some bushes or a fence? We would rent this again.
