The condo has a main villa & mini suite, perfect for 2 families or a family with children. Minutes to pristine Sunset Beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Conveniently located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC airports. Close to restaurants, shopping, and family attractions.
It is a bright & airy corner unit on the first floor. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the perfect sunrise, watch the golfers tee off or putt, or toast to a relaxing day in paradise on the all season private screened porch.
The nearby Village Activity Center has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center which are available for your use for a daily, weekly or monthly fee.
The Villa has a private bedroom with 2 full beds and full bath. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, full size refrigerator & ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Everything you need to cook your favorite dishes.
