We had a great stay. The host was great and very responsive getting back to us on a few questions. The place was clean with modern updates. Very short walk to the river and downtown Clayton was what we wanted and the stay was made even better by the quality of the booking. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable, it was quite and relaxing. We had everything had needed. It was easy access to all the activities, restaurants, a park was close for our granddaughter.

Wonderful place, cozy, well decorated and supplied for our needs. Was surprised how close to downtown and the water. We would definitely stay again in the future.

so cute and close to river

This was a very nice place. Very clean, simple and tastefully decorated. I would stay again. Very nice neighborhood and such an easy walk to the main st for shopping, dining and entertainment. 2-3 blocks. a nice park to watch the water and ships go by. very comfortable area, safe, peaceful. A/C great, one flight of stairs but easy to do if you are able. the beds were pretty comfortable even though they looked a bit saggy. once i fell asleep I was fine. lots of storage. great to have washing machine and dryer. I would definitely stay again. Clayton town is a cute hospitable location . We went to Singer Castle and used Schermerhorn Harbor at Schermerhon Landing. Be sure to put that in your GPS. It first brought us to a sketchy marine shop which wasn't correct. Go into the General Store, but cheaper tix than Uncle Sam's Tours and take the 40 min ride across to the Singer Castle for a private tour! It was very interesting and you could even book a room there to explore. Or book your wedding/event. Good communication with owner. Lots of supplies and clean. Would definitely stay again. Lovely - wish I could stay a month to explore more. Used Clayton Tours which is nearby for the Boldt Castle tour. Very informative although short time to stay on island. Could have used another 1/2 hr. Book it!

Cozy house near the river.

The house felt like a home away from home. We were able to cook breakfast together then walk to the river in the mornings. The house is in a cute neighborhood, walkable, and very close to downtown and the river.
