Former Ardèche farmhouse with stunning views and heated swimming pool - 8 people

In a fully protected and natural environment, our fully renovated stone house and its swimming pool terrace enable a stunning view on the Chassezac river and the surrounding mountains. The house surface is 168 m², equipped with 3 rooms with 2-persons beds and a 4th one with two 2-persons beds, enabling to accomodate 8 to 10 persons. A large terrace opens on a 3,550 m² garden with trees. The swimming pool is protected and heated at pre-season (April-May) and postseason (Sept-Oct). Peak season booking from Sunday to Sunday.

Comme nous l'indiquons sur notre présentation, nous chauffons effectivement la piscine hors saison en avril et mai d'une part, et septembre et octobre d'autre part. C'est la première fois depuis que nous louons depuis 2021 que la température de l'eau ne soit pas bonne en juin, et ce dont nous nous vous prions de nous excuser.

Einfach wundervoll

Wir haben unsere „Herbstferien“ sehr genossen und uns gefühlt wie Gott in Frankreich. Das Wetter war traumhaft, wir konnten den schönen Pool sehr genießen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war toll, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Anfahrt ist spektakulär, man sollte kein großes Fahrzeug wählen.😅Die Natur, die Flüsse, die Felsen in der Umgebung muss Mann gesehen haben. Ankommen, relaxen, Savoir-vivre.

Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist in diesem Haus richtig. Der Pool und die Terrasse verfügen über einen fantastischen Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war stets einwandfrei. Gerne wieder.

Vacances en famille

Maison qui correspondait au descriptif, propriétaire et Nathalie tres arrangeants car ils nous ont permis à ma fille d arriver plus tôt en raison de la chaleur et du fait qu il y avait un bébé . Maison très agréable, magnifique vue et bien équipée. Un petit bémol tout de même, sur une prestation assez haut de gamme, il faudra songer à équiper la maison de climatisation car les chambres du haut étaient à 37 degrés malgré des ventilateurs et la pièce de vie à 34 en fermant tout, compliqué à supporter

sehr schönes Haus in unberührter Landschaft

Wir haben eine schöne, erholsame Woche Familienurlaub in diesem komfortablen Haus verbracht. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber, nur in der offenen Küche hätte es etwas genauer geputzt werden können. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig mit spektakulärer Sicht aber recht abgelegen und nur über schmale, kurvenreiche Straßen/Wege zu erreichen.
