The elders have named this place "Ranc de Figère" «the planted rocks or rooted rocks» in the Provencal dialect, because of the mysterious tracks left by the Neolithic men who inhabited the region.Today, its streams, rocks and garrigue still whisper their dreams.
Come and discover the distinct atmosphere and the beauty of this majestic mansion, set in the heart of the Provencal Ardèche, next to the picturesque village of Labeaume , its gorges and the Pont d'Arc cave . Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen und mit einer tollen Terrasse mit Blick auf dem Pool. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub an der Ardèche braucht. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind besonders hervorzuheben. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig (man hört, wenn sich oben jemand bewegt) und die Küche etwas klein, aber die positiven Erlebnisse überwiegen. Der Check-in war nur auf französisch, was für jemanden, der die Sprache nicht spricht, schwierig sein könnte. Aber die Anweisungen im Haus sind überall in drei Sprachen übersetzt.

Prise de contact facile avec la personne en charge de notre accueil, l’emplacement de l’hébergement est située dans un endroit calme à proximité des commerces et villages alentours ( en voiture ) , la maison est idéal pour accueillir 3 couples avec deux enfants , vaste et propre. La piscine à débordement n’est pas chauffé mais est bien entretenu et sécurisé pour des enfants en bas âge ( Alarme/barriere ) Petit bémol sur les équipements vieillissants ainsi que la terrasse de la piscine limite dangereuse ( écharde dans lePied, et lames de terrasse non fixé).Pour résumé , nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour et avons passé d’excellentes vacances !

Een heerlijk ruim huis met een fijn zwembad! Het huis is niet ver van het gezellige stadje Ruoms en de rivier de Ardèche, waar je prachtig kunt kanoën. We hadden een super vakantie. De week dat we er verbleven was het erg warm (40C), dat was ook binnen merkbaar. Een airconditioning zou fijn geweest zijn.

We proberen onze gite elk jaar te verbeteren en het is waar dat met de steeds vaker voorkomende hittegolven, we voor volgend jaar hebben gepland om airconditioning te installeren in de slaapkamers in aanvulling op de bestaande plafondventilatoren. Très belle semaine dans ce gîte. Situation idéale. Proche des gorges d’Ardèche pour les activités et des commodités avec Ruoms. La piscine à débordement est extrêmement agréable ainsi que la terrasse couverte en cas de fortes chaleurs et de vent. Le terrain avec le boulodrome et sa physionomie offre une surface de jeu exceptionnelle tant aux adultes qu’aux enfants.

Großes komfortables Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt mit unserer großen Familie (9Personen) in diesem komfortablen Haus. Besonders die überdachte Terrasse und der chillige Pool haben es uns angetan. Es gibt vielfältige Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Man kann beispielsweise direkt vom Haus auf dem Dolmenwanderweg wandern. Der Kontakt zu Richard war sehr freundlich.

Villa conforme aux attentes

Maison très agréable dans un cadre exceptionnel. Les activités n ont pas manqué ; tant à la maison (pétanque, ping-pong) qu en dehors (canyoning et canoë). Petit bémol cependant en ce qui concerne le frigidaire (trop petit) et le lave vaisselle (fatigué). La piscine est quant à elle au top!

Merci Stéphanie pour votre commentaire. Mon mandataire a certainement oublié de vous indiquer qu'il y avait un deuxième réfrigérateur dans la buanderie. Le lave vaisselle quant à lui n'a que 4 ans. Un technicien du magasin doit venir le vérifier pour remédier au problème. Merci en tous cas pour votre visite dans notre formidable région. R et M Lafond

Das Haus ist ein Traum !!!

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort, nachdem Freunde es uns empfohlen hatten. Es liegt in einer sagenhaften Landschaft. Rundherum stehen Dolmen, jahrtausendealte Grabdenkmäler aus der Steinzeit! Einfach so - zwischen den Büschen. Wer den Süden liebt, gleichzeitig aber auch die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, kann hier zu sich finden. Das Dörfchen ist - wir kennen Südfrankreich seit über dreißig Jahren - eines der malerischsten, das wir auf unseren Reisen gesehen haben. Man kann dort gut essen, durch enge Gassen streifen und unten am Flüsschen verweilen, über das eine alte Steinbrücke ohne Geländer führt. Eine Reise in eine andere Zeit. Der Pool am Haus bietet immer Abkühlung, wenn´s mal zu heiß wird. Das Innere des Hauses hat´s mir am meisten angetan: Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Besitzer scheint ein echter Künster zu sein. Gefallen hat mir ganz besonders, was er aus Steinen, Kacheln und mit Bildern gestaltet hat. Es schafft eine weitläufige, anregende und erholsame Atmosphäre. Beide Vermieter sind total sympathisch, offen, hilfsbereit und geben gern Auskünfte und Tipps, was man in der Umgebung so machen kann. Sie sind auch sonst immer zu einem Plausch aufgelegt - auch wenn man kein Französisch spricht. Mit Englisch kommt man gut klar. Also wir werden, sobald es geht, wieder die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit dieses gepflegten Hauses aufsuchen. N. und A Frankfurt

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir - 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern - verbrachten eine wunderschöne, entspannte Ferienwoche in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, die Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit Pool, Tischtennis, Tischfußball und Boule-Bahn auch für die größeren Kinder sehr umfangreich. Die Kinder liebten das Spielen im abenteuerlichen Garten. Die Umgebung hat mit Paddeln auf der Ardeche, Baden in Ardeche und Beaume und vielen interessanten Museen, sowie den Besuche kleiner hübscher Städtchen wie Ruomes viel zu bieten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

wunderschöner Urlaub für 2 Familien

In diesem wunderschönen großen Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist sehr gepflegt und gut unterhalten, alles ist wie beschrieben. Ein netter Empfang mit einer gekühlten Flasche Rose bei ca. 35 Grad war schon ein guter Einstieg in den Urlaub! Das Haus bietet alles für jeden Geschmack, für Gross und Klein. Schattige Plätzchen am Pool, eine riesige Terasse mit Markise, schöne Zimmer, in denen man sich zurückziehen kann, gute Betten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und der Weber-Grill, den wir gut genutzt haben. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß genug für kleine Wasserballtrainingseinheiten und wurde auch häufig genutzt. Der Blick auf die wunderschöne Landschaft der Ardèche vom 1. Stock ist traumhaft. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist alles in nächster Nähe: ein großer Supermarkt und einige kleinere Geschäfte in Ruoms, ein sehr schöner Strand an dem Flüsschen Labeaume, Vallon zum Kajakfahren, Höhlenbesichtigungen. Für die Fahrradbegeisterten unter uns war auch viel geboten. Das war sicher nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir in der Ardèche waren....absolut empfehlenswert !

Un havre de paix

On a beaucoup aimé car c'est une location avec énormément d'espace du confort et de la tranquillité .Nous avons adoré aussi la piscine et le terrain de pétanque . Très bonne adresse

Nous sommes des habitués de l'Ardèche et sommes heureux d'avoir enfin pu séjourner dans une location qui a tenu ses promesses ! Le descriptif est conforme à la réalité . La maison est bien tenue et très agréable . Il y a de grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur une très grande terrasse, sécurisé, au dessus d'une belle piscine à débordement . Le parc est très grand et très romantique . Il y a des chemins partout autour et la maison et proche des gorges . On a pu nager et randonner à l'écart de tout et de tous dans des coins inoubliables faits de rochers ,de forêt, de gorges et même de dolmens . On a adoré !
