Hi, I’m Katerina — founder of The Stay Club Homes and proud local of Darwin, Australia.
Hospitality has always been close to my heart, and I genuinely love creating beautiful, comfortable spaces where people can feel at home — whether they’re visiting for work, a holiday, or something in between.

Our family-run homes are thoughtfully styled with both comfort and functionality in mind. I believe the little details matter — from freshly prepared spaces to helpful local tips — so that each stay feels personal, easy, and memorable.

I was born in Greece and now call Darwin home with my husband and family. I’m passionate about design, food, and making people feel truly welcome. As a host, I take pride in offering warm, responsive communication and in creating a seamless experience from booking to check-out.

Whether it’s your first visit to the Top End or a return trip, I’d love to share a few of our favourite local gems with you — from hidden cafés to sunset spots and weekend markets.

Darwin has a unique charm that’s hard to put into words — it’s laid-back, tropical, full of natural beauty, and rich with culture. That’s exactly why I chose to open our homes here. It offers something for everyone, whether you're chasing adventure, craving rest, or simply want to soak in the sunset over the harbour.

What I love most about Darwin is the lifestyle. Life here moves at a slower pace — in the best possible way. Locals are friendly, the food scene is buzzing with multicultural flavours, and there’s a real appreciation for nature. You can spend the morning at a market, the afternoon at a waterfall, and the evening dining under the stars — all without ever feeling rushed.

I especially love how close we are to places like Mindil Beach, Litchfield National Park, East Point, and the Waterfront Precinct. Whether it’s a short stay or an extended trip, guests always leave surprised by how much there is to do and see — and how relaxed they feel by the end of it.

For families, couples, and solo travellers alike, Darwin is welcoming, warm, and full of local character. That’s why I chose to host here — it’s a place I’m proud to call home, and I love helping others experience it in comfort and style.
