Built in 1996, this modern Lockwood Cottage faces North & is set on a rolling 120acre farm. It has trees & established gardens, a large lawned bank, pond & a running fresh stream. Cottage deck ideal for relaxing & time with family or friends. Open plan living, large sliding door, plenty of 'off road parking' & easily accessible, well set back from small gravel road. 'Parkley Cottage' is fully furnished, linen provided & has Septic tank drainage. Approx 12kms from Amberley providing access to Supermarkets, Cafes etc, 30mins to Rangiora & also many nearby Vineyards. You'll need to bring your own food & drink, Pets are not preferred due to Stock Numbers on Rural Property.
