• Parking: 2 Vehicles Max. Parking passes are located inside of unit and must be put inside cars asap. There is a visitors/overflow lot across from the resort. You do not need a parking pass to park there.

Enjoy stunning views of the pool and ocean beyond from your private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. After a fun day out and about, you'll love coming home to this comfortable interior. Gather in the living room to watch TV, prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen, and share a meal at the table fit for three. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar.

Things to Know:
• The community pool is typically open from April through October 31st.
• No pets allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking: 2 Vehicles Max. Parking passes are located inside of unit and must be put inside cars asap. There is a visitors/overflow lot across from the resort. You do not need a parking pass to park there.
• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Area Guide:
• Only a few miles away you will find grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, surfing lessons, shopping and more. You will be located between historic Wilmington and Camp LeJeune/Jacksonville NC.
• North Topsail Beach, NC is an unforgettable quaint beach town. The best part is, it is non-commercialized! There are tons of amazing restaurants in North Topsail Beach, such as Seaview Fishing Pier, Splash by the Sea, and Oceans Edge. Better yet, there are more great dining options in Sneads Ferry, Surf City, South Topsail Beach, Hampstead, and Holly Ridge!
• If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, sports bars and more nearby. Several have live music all year round!
• One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit us is hire a chartered fishing trip, rent jet-skis, bicycles & e-bikes!

Family Fun Close By:
• Sea View Fishing Pier & Restaurant just past Villa Capriani. Bring or rent a fishing pole for you and the family and add a "fresh catch" to the menu for your family's dinner!
• Be sure to check out the skate park at Surf City's community center, Shipwreck Mini Golf, Paradise Arcade, The Sea Turtle Rescue, The Surf City Aquarium, the Surf City Pier, The Battleship in Wilmington, NC, Jungle Rapids, and tons of shops & entertainment!
• Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors, and your kids will love it!! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium!
• Take a stroll around North Topsail Beach Town Park or choose from the one of the other outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike!
• North Shore Country Club is the premiere local golf course, and it is only a short drive away from Topsail Time!

• Bed, bath & kitchen linens are all provided. Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens at the property.

• Arrival & Departure: Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM
• Door Codes: Door access codes will be sent the morning of check-in through email & text message

Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest:
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 trash bag per trash can
• 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
• A "starter set" of dish soap, sponge, laundry pod and dishwasher tab.
