The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath. Recent renovations have added an additional built in full size bed with a bunk bed twin above.

The great room features a combination kitchen dining room with breakfast bar. The living room features a full size counch 65 in TV and private balcony.

The guest bedroom features access to the full bath and closet.

This a very nice unit in a fantastic condo with immediate beach access. Our kids loved the pools, hot tubs, and on-site restaurant. The host did a great job accommodating a few requests that we had, and we're already discussing next year as well.

What a wonderful, family friendly condo with room for everyone. We had r adults, a teenager and a 7 year old. All the pools, hot tub and direcr access to the beach were amazing. Relaxing time! Would absolutely reserve again.

The room and amenities were wonderful. We had a great and peaceful time. Highly recommend for a vacation spot. The only drawback is the linen situation, where you need to make your own bed and then take all dirty linen out again. We will definitely be coming back. The restaurant on site, the pools and hot tubs, as well as easy access to the beach, made this a perfect vacation spot.

Very nice condo on the technically 1st floor (1 flight of stairs). Property was very nice - very quiet snd not very crowded at all. I would suggest bringing your own coffee pot as there is only a 4 cup drip coffee pot (my one negative comment). Everything went smoothly. I had to contact the owner for extra bracelets and he was friendly and had them to us within a few hours. I highly recommend this place.

Condo was a little outdated. Beds weren’t made when we arrived, they didn’t supply trash bags for the trash cans. The TV in in the second bedroom may as well have not been in the room , as it doesn’t face the bed. Floors has soft spots. It is was otherwise clean and in a good location .The property the condo is on , looked nice. Pools, restaurant on site, a pier nearby. We had a great time

Always love Topsail!

Villa Capriani is always such a great place to stay! Our family loves the pools and of course the ocean access! The manager of this property, Tony, was very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns.

Great location. The pool area is excellent. More than enough room for our family of 5. Loved that they provided extra linens. Could use some bathroom updates, updated patio furniture and improved baseline cleaning.

Beautiful Accommodations

The property was exactly as listed and what was needed for a relaxing vacation by the ocean. We really enjoyed spending time at the multiple pools on site and being a stones throw from the beach. We’d definitely stay again and recommend the property to others.
