This 2/1 tiny home is perfect for a single family w/ kids, dogs are welcome. Just a ride up the hill from the Lake. Enjoy a huge fenced-in yard with a lock & key gate in front and back. You're on a Natural mineral fed well perfectly safe for drinking, fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower with all the amenities. There's a large frig under the carport, washer and dryer right next to that. Spacious sunroom with breakfast nook and dining area. If you want your next adventure at Canyon Lake, DON'T stay at a hotel...this cute little cottage will give you a clean and quiet place to stay.

This little house is on a well and septic so please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet there's a little trash can to the right of the sink.
Please do not smoke cigarettes inside the house there's plenty of room outside.

Cute little gem

Place is located in a great area quite and peaceful Only issue we had was AC didnt work properly but 4th July weekend there wasn’t any chance to get it fix in the short while we were there. Communication with owner is wonderful and very attentive and came with a solution that semi worked, but better than nothing. Other than that this place is what we expected and as showed online. Thank you for your hospitality and communication

Property wasn't anything like their web site. Sleeping arrangements were a regular size bed, a single lumpy bed, small couch with a foot stool and had to use supplied air mattress. Advertised pool was a plastic kiddie pool. Trampoline has holes in it. Cats all over the place crawling on top of our cars. The kitchen was dirty. Property was way over-priced. Wouldn't recommend this property. Good thing was it was pet-friendly with a fenced in yard that our dog could run around in and chase the cats. TV didn't work and a neighbor had to get it working. The air-conditioner barely worked.

Hi There, This is Jeanie, the owner and I hope you have a great stay while your here. This is a cozy little home with everything you need for the weekend. My favorite area of the house is the bright sunroom for reading a book or your paper while having breakfast. Open the window blinds and watch the birds. Every evening I take my dog to the lake and we watch the sunset at boat ramp 22 or 23 just down the hill..

Why Not this property? I can't say enough of how cute this little house is and I would love to have visitors enjoy what I have experienced the past two years.

What makes this property unique

Being close to the lake but not so close you have to worry about flooding.
