Came here for the weekend to float the river, the place is very modern and clean. Only 10 minutes from the river horseshoe with some food places and grocery store only 3 minutes away. Overall great experience and very nice house. Would definitely return!

The host was very welcoming and responsive whenever we needed something. We enjoyed the great amenities and appreciated how quiet the area was. We would definitely book this property again if we came back to visit.

Loved the hot tub!!

We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck and fire ring at night. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The house was great and the arcade game was fun BUT the hot tub was tepid at best and even after resetting ( per instructions) it never got hot enough which was a huge disappointment as it was the main reason for selecting the property.

Nice little house away from the hustle & bustle

This house was perfect for our relaxing girls' getaway with our daughters. I only wish it was a little closer access to the lake! But the house came with everything you need- Hot tub and fire pit were a nice bonus! The owner was a great host too and very responsive at all times! Would definitely stay here again!

AC!!!!

They had the ac on a difficult program that kept changing the temp to 78 and if we left the house and came back it would be 82 in the house and the air conditioner wasn’t good enough to cool the house down after it got hot. If it was programmed and never got hot in the first place I believe it would have maintained but it was not good enough to overcome until it was night time

Carly, it’s unfortunate that you had to experience this issue. We’re not sure who messed with the settings, but we take full ownership of the issue. I’m glad that we did however get someone out there quickly to verify if their was a problem with the unit.

Diamond in the Ruff

We had an absolute lovely time staying at this beautiful home! It was extremely convenient to the lake and stores/restaurants and was easy to park a boat with the horseshoe road. It had everything we needed! Thank you!! We hope to come back!

Our experience was amazing! The house was extremely clean & have everything accommodation you could need. Kitchen fully stocked along with a coffee bar. Location of home is perfect distance from gruene & wimberly. We will 100% be back! Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great little cottage by the lake.

We came for a short stay with family. The neighborhood is very close to the lake and it’s quiet. Enjoyed the hot tub at night under the stars. Overall the stay was very comfortable for everyone.
