Modern Apartment in the heart of Lacanau

We have enjoyed our stay as a family at this modern, well-equipped apartment. We can recommend this place. Be aware that the WLAN, cleaning and bed sheets will come at an extra cost.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines Neubaus direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist schön sauber, die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Das Bad ist sehr klein, ab neu und sauber und für den Urlaub völlig ok. Die Betten sind bequem und auch das Kinderzimmer ist schön wohnlich. Das Haus, die Wohnung, die gesamte Einrichtung ist nagelneu. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragen Platz. Der Blick vom großzügigen Balkon geht nach Hinten raus, man schaut im dritten Stock über die Dächer der Stadt und hat Morgensonne. Einen Punkt Abzug geben wir dafür, dass der Balkon für mehr als zwei Personen nicht nutzbar ist. Platz wäre genügend vorhanden, aber keine Balkonmöbel, Tisch und Stühle von drinnen können nicht nach draußen gebracht werden und sind dafür auch nicht vorgesehen. Im Urlaub und bei dem Preis erwarte ich, dass ich im Sommer draußen sitzen kann. Den zweiten Punkt Abzug geben wir für den Check-In. Wir mussten die Betten selbst beziehen und wieder abziehen (bei Zusatzkosten von 60€ für Bettwäsche). Der Türgriff war kaputt, man konnte die Wohnung nicht verlassen, wir mussten direkt nach dem Ankommen 1,5stden in der Wohnung warten bis der Hausmeister dies repariert hatte und das WiFi funktionierte auch nicht. Dafür mussten wir nochmal zur Agentur fahren um eine LTE Router zu holen. Bei einer ordentlichen Überprüfung der Wohnung vor erneuter Übergabe hätte dies Auffallen müssen und kann bei diesem Preissegment auch erwartet werden. Daher hier der 2. Punkt Abzug. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und den nächsten Mietern empfehlen, die Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Toilettenpapier und Geschirrhandtüscher etc von zu Hause mitbringen. Dadurch dass die Wohnung so neu ist, ist leider wirklich nichts vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Meer

Die Maisonette Wohnung ist sehr schön, leider ging der Aufzug die meiste Zeit nicht, was mit Kleinkind und Gepäck im 3. Stock nicht schön ist, allerdings eher ein Luxusproblem. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden, ein Geschirrspüler leider nicht, was den defekten Abfluss im Spülbecken der Küche noch ärgerlicher machte. Dieser lies sich aber leicht reparieren, ist aber der Grund für einen Stern Abzug, da mich die Reparatur Zeit, Geld und Nerven gekostet hat.
