Fantastic property with plenty of room for two family.There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of.The kids loved the basketball court and trampoline. We will definitely be back.

Spacious home with great outdoor area

We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.

The property was clean and tidy. The location was perfect for us. Everything was just as described. Thank you so much for making our short stay so easy!!

We had 10 nights at the Lady Nelson house, the location was great - an easy walk to the sailing club & tideways beach. The house was exceptionally clean, with large bedrooms and a great living area and stocked well with essentials. There is an attached residence / unit at the end of hallway which had other people living there. This was not described in the listing, but didn't worry us and we couldn't hear anything through the walls. We would stay at this house again.

Beautiful newly rennovated house not too far from the main street. A great space for a group of friends to stay. Wonderful communication from the host Vikki.
