It was nearby to dining, coffee shops and walking distance the UVA campus. As with any city they have the homeless situation that you need to look out for. We loved our stay at this VRBO!

It's a lovely property, very quiet and cozy, with superb location. True to photos/description. During our stay it reached 97 degrees outside and the AC unfortunately got overwhelmed and failed, but the manager was on sight within minutes of my message (after hours on a Saturday) to fix it (successfully). The hosts were also helpful and understanding with correcting and refunding an accidental double booking.Highly recommend a stay on a Saturday in market season since two of the best farmer's markets in Virginia are within 2-8 minute walks from the property.
