The bungalow ” Portofino” is located in Domaso, an exclusive location right on lake Como. The house is right on the beach promenade, a very romantic walkway, which leads you to the picturesque bay of Domaso, with its elegant restaurants and the new harbor that has modern, nautical infrastructures. Therefore, both shops, groceries and water sports operators are within walking distance. The house is located in a pedestrian zone and benefits from a private gated parking, located only 20 meters from the house. Its spacious balcony and its bright living room with panoramic windows allows a breathtaking and unrestricted lake view. On the backside of the house, towards the mountains, you will find wide garden (500mt) with a small private private pool. This romantic garden is the perfect hideaway to relax from a hectic day. Dogs are allowed and can safely run free in this beautiful garden.
Both the house and garden enjoy a Wi-Fi connection.
The house has modern furniture and is very bright thanks to its white tiles and walls. The large windows allow plenty of light while providing a fantastic view of the lake.
The home can be heated in the cooler season with indipendent heating and in addition with a fireplace. in the warmer season can be refreshed with Airco.
The bungalow consists of:
• A lake facing living room with fireplace, sofabed ( m. 1.20 X 2) and dining area with direct access to the spacious balcony (where you can also find a grill)
• A separate kitchen with oven and dishwasher
• On the mountain side, a twin room (double bed is also possible) with direct access to the garden and a bathroom with bath tub / shower
• A large storage area for boat, beach equipment and surfing equipment with direct access from the lake.
• On request, guests can requre a buoy located in a nearby nautic center

Erholungsoase neben Campinganlagen
Ein kleines Ferienhäuschen am See in unmittelbarer Nähe von Campingplätzen.
Klein aber fein, praktisch eingerichtet, ideal für zwei Personen in Begleitung von Hunden. Der Garten auf einer Höhe von ca. 2m vollkommen und sicher eingezäunt und für eine optimale Sichtschutz bepflanzt.
Vom ca. 5x2.5m grossen Balkon aus hat man über die Seepromenade einen fantastischen Bkick auf den See und die dahinterliegenden Berge.
Das kleine Pool ist optimal für eine Abkühlung nach einem heissen Tag - für uns im Oktober halt trotz des sonnigen Wetters und der warmen Temperaturen leider zu kalt.
Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ebenfalls aber etwas knapp für korpulente Personen.
Die Vermieter sind allerfreundlichst und jederzeit bereit, auf Wünsche einzugehen und diese nach Ihren Möglichkeiten zu erfüllen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bäckerei sind zu Fuss innert 5-10 Minuten, zahlreiche gute Restaurants innert 5-20 Munuten erreichbar.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses kleine Paradies bei einer nächsten Gelegenheit wieder buchen!

Super erholsam
Zu zweit ein Traum. Garten, Pool und die Terasse mit Ausblick ist kaum zu übertreffen. Auch die Betreuung ist 1a.
Leider ist das Haus schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ein neues Bad ist dringend notwendig und der Rest ist halt winzig. Die Türen schmal, Stauraum kaum vorhanden und die Hundebox passt nicht mehr ins Schlafzimmer. Es fehlen auch Mückengitter. Zum Glück haben wir es nur zum Schlafen gebraucht, da das Wetter toll war. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls "pudelwohl" gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und die vielen neidischen Blicke der Spaziergänger 😉

Perfekt !
Super venlig service, og en beliggenhed HELT i top. Med ugeneret udsigt til Como søen fra terrassen/stuen, og en lækker baghave m skøn pool og meget velegnet til hvis du har hund med (helt lukket).
Huset er ikke et luksus hus, men det er virkeligt hyggeligt og velfungerende. Så leder du efter en skøn udsigt, hvor du kan være dig selv og bare nyde og slappe af - så er det absolut en god mulighed.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen !

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am See. Das Haus ist etwas klein, aber reicht für 2 Personen. Wir waren mit unserem Hund und der eingezäunte Garten war optimal für den Hund.
Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir wurden herzlich empfangen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus direkt am See!
Trotz zunächst häufiger Anwesenheit des Gärtners/Poolwarts und etwas kleinen Betten ein wunderschönes und genial gelegenes Ferienhaus! Prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Milano, Como... und Bergtouren.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Rezeption!

Romantisches und charmantes Urlaubsdomizil
Wir hatten das Glück, dieses entzückende Häuschen in der Haupt- und Nebensaison beziehen zu dürfen. Im Juli pulsiert das Leben auf der Promenade und am Strand, wird es einem zuviel, kann man sich in den idyllischen Garten zurückziehen.
Im September ist die Stimmung eine andere, wohlig eingekuschelt kann man den wunderbaren Blick auf die andere Seeseite genießen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls äußerst wohl gefühlt und nehmen dafür das relativ kleine Bad gerne in Kauf.
Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend und erfüllen kleinere Wünsche (Kopfschmerztabletten :-) umgehend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ferien direkt am See
Das kleine romantische Ferienhäusschen liegt direkt am Strand, kein Problem um noch vor dem Frühstück in den See zu hüpfen. Hinterm Haus der grosszügige private Garten mit Sitzpool und Liegestühlen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über den oberen Teil des Comer Sees.
Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche über in der grosszügigen Tiefgarage parken. Die Kaffees, Pizzerien und Bars sind sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns wohl und wurden herzlich betreut.
Ideal für Pärchen die einfach die Ferien geniessen wollen.
