Located just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, and popular attractions, the resort combines convenience with a calming riverside atmosphere. Guests can take advantage of our Full Property Buy-Out option—enjoy exclusive use of the entire resort for private events or milestone celebrations, all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Banana River.

The neighboring Villas (5,6 & 8 ) share an AC system. The thermostat is located in unit 8. The thermostat is set to 70 degrees to keep all units comfortable.
The upstairs villas (9 & 10) share an AC system. While the AC handler is located in unit 10, thermostat is located within unit 9. The thermostat is set to 70 degrees to ensure comfort for both units.
