This was a quiet and calm place to sleep between our days out in Tokyo. The cool air conditioning and hot showers were perfect after walking all day. The one down side was that there was no dryer. The "drying" setting on the washer was just a spin cycle and we hung our clothes up but they did not dry over three nights. Same with our towels. They did provide towels, but we reused wet ones every day.
