We offer our guests an exclusive, new, modern apartment in a central and very quiet location, in the villa district, the most beautiful district of Obermais in Merano / South Tyrol.
Our house is a newly renovated villa in the Art Nouveau style and is located in a quiet area in the residential area of Meran / Obermais in a green area. The spa promenades, the thermal baths and the city center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There are plenty of free, spacious parking spaces in front of the house. Our Mediterranean garden with sun loungers, table and chairs invites sun worshipers and shade-seeking guests to linger under the large trees.
The new two-room apartments are modern, stylishly furnished, very spacious and with high-quality oak wood floors.
The living room offers a nice sitting area, a cozy, high quality pull-out spring-bed sofa (180 x 200 cm) and a dressing room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The spacious bedroom is modern and comfortably furnished with extra large beds with allergy-friendly mattresses and bed linen.

The large, sunny balcony faces south and offers a view of our garden and parks.
The Mediterranean garden is a peaceful oasis, deck chairs and seating are available and invite you to linger.
