Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, the property ensures stairs free access and a separate entrance without shared indoor spaces.
Our spacious two-bedroom daylight suite, located on the LOWER level of the home spans over 1,000 square feet and features ample free onsite parking for RVs, Trucks and SUVs.
Inside, you'll enjoy a luxurious KING bed and QUEEN bed, two foldable beds if needed, a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite laundry, and a generous bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bed linens and towels are commercially laundered and changed between bookings to ensure guest comfort and hygiene. In-suite laundry and detergent are provided, so you can enjoy clean clothes at your convenience.
A BBQ, playpen, highchair, extension cord, and other similar items are available upon request.
Guest access Guests have a private step-free access with ample free parking available on-site. Parking on the side of the house leading to the guest suite is appreciated!
Entry is secured with a keypad lock—your personalized access code will be provided before check-in for a smooth and contactless arrival.
Other things to note • No Smoking / No Drugs / No Parties Smoking, cannabis use, drug use, and partying are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a CAD $500 penalty. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful space for all guests.
• Strong Odors We kindly ask that you avoid cooking foods with strong odors during your stay. This helps ensure a fresh and pleasant environment for the next guests.
• Guest Limit Please limit your group to a maximum of 6 guests.
• Quiet Hours To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Appliances To avoid tripping the circuit breaker, please try to use one major appliance at a time.
• Toilet Use Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Do not flush anything else, including pads, personal care items, "flushable" wipes, or any other dense materials, as these can cause plumbing issues.

We had an awesome stay here. The space was super clean and well kept. It was close to downtown Kelowna but also far enough away to be quiet and calm. The hosts were super friendly and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend staying here.
Clean, quiet and well equipped. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but it would be very comfortable for a longer stay as it is very spacious.
Super clean, great communication, lots of stocked products. Even had yogurt, fruit and cream for our coffee. Beds were comfy and was perfectly located for our needs. Will be coming back next year!
Amazing hosts with a beautiful ground level suite! A gorgeous yard and walking distance from numerous vinyards, the beach and scenery everywhere. Maria was always incredibly helpful and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we could need. They also left a lovely parting gift!
Lovely VRBO in West Kelowna. Close to the wineries but also a short Uber ride to downtown for dinner. Nice quiet neighborhood and rental has lots of light . 100% would recommend.
