Perfect family vacation stay

Wonderful Family Vacation

We spent 10 days at this gorgeous property, and we had an amazing time…this home literally has every single amenity, imaginable! I would highly recommend this property…we didn’t want to leave, and we can’t wait to return!

PERFECTION!

Stayed a week with our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter. Modern updates and many amenities - very clean and great communication with the property manager. The outdoor living space is inviting and the perfect spot if you travel with children. Close to many attractions, restaurants, and fishing. I am saving this property in my profile and will definitely use again.

Vacation home in Marco Island

Enjoyed our stay in this home. The back yard was a beautiful place for our little dog to run around. The house was wonderfully designed and decorated. The master shower was a delight, and we were close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Geat house, very clean and spacious. Backyard was gorgeous! Kids loved making smores in the fire pit! Easy check in and checkout. Highly recommend - would stay here again!

Beautiful property

Thanksgiving/Birthday celebration

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we wanted and it was in a great location. The 4 adults had e-bikes that we brought and the kids rode in a buggy. So much fun! We would stay again. The outside lanai area with the pool, mini fridge, and TV was excellent. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. We will be back!

Large ranch house

Spacious resort type house. Awesome.

This house is beautiful and spacious inside and out. We enjoyed our days by the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Highly recommend!!! Don’t hesitate to rent this one.

WE LOVED IT!

Loved the location. Walking distance to grocery store, star bucks, ice cream store with our little 22 month old granddaughter:) ,bars, restaurants, a chiropractor that I needed during my stay and much more. Gorgeous curb appeal, spacious home and back yard and pool was like a vacation in and of itself. It is more than apparent the property owner takes pride in this rental. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic home

This was our first stay on Marco Island and definitely will not be our last. The home is spectacular with a modern resort style. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. We had a couple of minor issues and notified Percilla. I don’t think the phone even rang. Percilla was quick to respond and resolve our issues. The only thing that affected our stay negatively was the noise level from the 2 road’s that intersect right by the home.

Christmas getaway

This year for Christmas my kids and I decided to do a vacation. My dad lives in Naples on the Marco line so this house was only a 10 min drive making the location perfect for us. The house was perfect and super clean. The beds were comfy even the thow doubles and that is usually not the case in these rentals Unfortunately the weather was crappy but the layout and coziness of the house made up for it. Would definitely rent this house again

Wonderful home.

Lovely home on Marco Island. Lots of room to accommodate our family when they came to visit us. The host was very responsive to any inquiry we had and had our questions answered very quickly. The pool was warm and the backyard was wonderful! We had a wonderful time there and would highly recommend this rental!The one thing we did not realize was that no cleaning supplies were available at the house. This was the first time we'd encountered that at a VRBO, so just remember to bring your own.

Marco Island Gem

Can not say enough about this property!! From the moment you walk through the front door you are in paradise!! The back yard was so big and beautiful with plenty of lay out space for my kids! The pool was also a great size! We absolutely loved having 6 bikes! We went everywhere on them! Such an added bonus! Loved the outdoor tv so my hubby could watch his March Madness as the girls got our sun time! This was our first time to Marco and we will be back!! Priscilla was so attentive to all of our needs and responded so quickly with the couple questions we had!! Great place

Nice but wouldn't stay here again

The house was nice, the beds were comfortable and we had a lot of space for our group but we wouldn't stay here again. negatives....The house is right beside the busiest/ noisiest intersection on the whole island. It lacked enough towels for our group and could update the beach chairs. It would also be nice if the property owners could provide a bit of dish soap and laundry soap as we can't take it back with us so we have to leave the extra there. We stayed over Christmas so an artificial tree would have been a nice touch Positives...The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. Everyone thought the beds were good. The heated pool and extra yard space were great too. We had plenty of space to hang and watch movies in the evening. Overall a great stay, just a busy/noisy road for the price we paid.

Good size, wonderful amenities

Overall, this property was a nice size to celebrate a milestone birthday with a few close friends. The pool was warm and the size of the house fit 5 of us very comfortably. A large TV with entertainment system when you just wanted to chill and relax in the evening. They also had a lot of additional amenities if needed – full kitchen with tools, floaties for the pool, and an outdoor area with plenty of space and furniture to relax. When I booked, I didn’t realize it was located at a major intersection with some noise. I personally didn’t notice, but some other guests did mention hearing traffic. I found it convenient to shopping and restaurants when needed. Neighborhood also seemed safe as well. A few improvements which I notified the owner of was hearing cats crying at night keeping guests up, lack of hot water at the kitchen sink, lack of hot water for showers at times and blinds that wouldn’t close in one of the bedrooms leaving light to stream in and keeping guests up. As mentioned, I shared all these with the owner and upon check out received an email billing the insurance I took out for the blinds being broken. Upon contacting the owner, he indicated that was a mistake and not for me and it was removed. He also apologized for some of the inconveniences and offered a discount on a return visit, but I doubt I’ll be back to Marco Island, especially needing a house that size so while nice to offer, it won't get utilized.
