The cabin was good for a group our size with plenty of space and great options to keep people entertained...but the cabin is dated, and the upkeep is not great. The hot tub wasn't working; we had rain and multiple leaks through the ceiling that flowed into every lower floor that we had to clean up, and the air conditioner struggled to keep the cabin cool during the day.

It was a first Friendsgiving for us. And we picked the perfect place and stay. It was perfect for the kids and adults. We really enjoyed ourselves.

It was great for our group. Only issue was the pool heater wasn’t working. We called maintenance and they said it keeps tripping the breaker and we were essentially unable to use the pool because the water was way too cold!

The cabin was very spacious. We had 12 adults and 13 children. The kitchen has ample seating for a large group. There are 3 refrigerators. The theater was a nice form of entertainment for the kids. The pool is large and has a safety lock to enter. The lock did not work, but maintenance came the first evening and fixed the problem so the kids were able to use pool. There are two arcade games that the kids loved. They also enjoyed playing pool. The foosball table did not have a ball nor did the air hockey table have a puck. We were told they would bring them the next day but never did. One bathroom sink leaked into the bathroom below. Maintenance asked if we wanted them to fix, and we said yes. They did not come. Another bathroom sink’s water was shut off. I’m guessing it also leaked. Two rooms had love seats but not pull out couches. One on the main level with kitchen and the other on upper level 1. The “Jack and Jill” bathroom does not actually connect two rooms. The room on lower level with one king bed has the bathroom connected with additional bathroom door to main area. The room with king and queen bunks would access by walking past theatre area to this bathroom. When the weather turned a little cooler the ceiling had so much condensation that there were small puddles on the floor. It’s a beautiful place. They just have maintenance issues that need to be taken care of.

Let’s begin with, how clean this place was. I wiped down surfaces with Lysol wipes upon arrival and not a spec of dust on any of it. Lots of dishes in the pantry for our large party. Plenty of places to sleep, only downside, was there weren’t enough blankets for anyone who was wanting to stay on a pullout. Everything was EXCELLENT! The only and absolute ONLY thing I did not enjoy was the bed. The mattress was a super stiff mattress, like something a former inmate may relate to, ultimately, great stay and I would consider it again.
