Enjoy the tropical beauty of Villas Las Palmas!

Villa Papaya is a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath condo with 3 beds and a futon in the living room. There is AC throughout, gated parking, night security, a shared pool, and a private path to the sand in Playa Pelada.
Playa Pelada is the sister beach to Playa Guiones. The vibe is a bit more tranquilo and the area is mix of vacation rentals and long term residents. We have some great restaurants - La Luna and Olga's bar, right on the beach, as well as El Chivo, Sunrise Cafe, and Pulpo!
The surf in North Guiones is 10 minutes by car or 18 minutes via beach walk.
Please note complex rules: children of guests must be 6+ years old because the pool is ungated. Guest occupancy is 4 people max.
