Your host
My name is Rene, I am currently in the Army Reserves and work in South Korea. From time to time I come home to San Diego and stay at this property. My Co-Host is Sommer, who lives close by and takes care of the property day to day.
Why they chose this property
Rancho Penasquitos is where I went to high school and what I consider home. What I love about the area is that it is near lots of undeveloped land and trails - Black Mountain. The area is also residential and very quiet. Nearby is shopping and all the modern conveniences - Home depot, Costco, restaurants, movie theater, breweries, RB Winery etc. Lastly, the house is close to high tech companies including, Sony, General Atomics, Microsoft, BAE, Amazon and others.
