Beautiful San Diego family friendly home

This beautiful home is perfect for a family getaway or family reunion. It sleeps 16. It is centrally located within 30 minutes to most of San Diego's major hot spots, San Diego Zoo, Lego-land, beaches, Safari Park, etc. We have 7 bedrooms - 6 with Queen beds and the master bedroom has a King. Beautiful backyard with a large pool/Jacuzzi and slide. In ground trampoline, basketball/volleyball/badminton sport court, pool table, bonus/movie room, outdoor fireplace and much much more! We have 4 full bathrooms, all with step in showers, 1 large tub in the master. We have a large bonus room upstairs and a small family room downstairs off the kitchen both with Apple TV. No pets allowed. Pool area quiet after 10 pm during the school year and 11 pm during the summer. Your family will have an amazing time at this very family -friendly property.

Absolutely wonderful!!! This is our second time staying at this property. Our family loves the house and definitely the pool , it’s hard to tear the grandkids away to go to the beach. Owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns . If there were 10 stars I would give them.

Great vacation home

Our second stay at this house and both have been outstanding. Great accommodations in a beautiful neighborhood. Outstanding amenities. The yard is fantastic with pool, hot tub, trampoline, pickleball, and outdoor barbecue setup. The hostess could not be nicer and is very attentive to your needs.

Perfect Vacation!

This was our second time with Becky. She is the best! Easy to contact and super quick replies. Our family enjoyed our stay and there was so much room and so much to do. The boys enjoyed playing basketball and swimming in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Took daily walks to the park. The neighbors are friendly and nice. Her hospitality and inviting home was perfect for our family! Would definitely go back. Thank you Becky!

Family vacation

This house is an awesome place for big families. There are a lot of thigs to do for fun. It is spacious, has everything you need. We will definitely stay there again, when we are on vacation in San Diego.

This beautiful home has everything you need for an amazing vacation.

Becky the homeowner thought of everything we would need for our family ages ranging from 3 to 83. The pool/spa was a big hit for a pool day and coming home after a day at the parks. The kitchen has everything and anything you need!! Home is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely rent again ❤️

It was a wonderful family time together

We were 19 and this house was very spacious with plenty of things to do. We went to the beach one day for a few hours but we enjoyed just being at the house. The kids and adults loved the pool, the BB court area where they played lots of pickleball. The littles loved riding the rechargeable cars. It was near a park where we took a family picture which would have been a great place to play but we pretty much stayed at the house. It’s also close to stores and places to eat. We loved our stay.

Amazing Yet Again

Our second year staying here, I only don’t want to give a good rating because I don’t want others to book it before us again!! Becky is an amazing host, communicative, fair, responsive. The house is great for our annual “friendcation” the kids love the pool and trampoline. With wide doors into the front and back of the house, easy to get my daughter in a. Wheelchair around the house. 10/10 would recommend (just not on the week we want to go ;))

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at the house. It's 10 minutes from our two sets of friends and plenty of room for the whole family. I would like the pool warmer this time of the year but it wasn't so cold we couldn't get in either. My grandkids love the outdoor amenties (bball court, trampoline etc..) and the area is quiet and just perfect for my family. We'll hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay with our troop. Our girls enjoyed the huge game room and there was ample space for group meals. It is a beautiful home that is perfect for families with kids. We will definitely try and book again next year.

It was a wonderful property that exceeded our expectations. The back yard is phenomenal. Pool with slide, hot tub, patio with built in grill and outdoor fireplace. 2 separate outdoor dining areas which work great for kids and adults. Multiple eating areas inside as well which we used the same way. 3 separate living room type spaces with large one upstairs which was perfect for kids playing while adults enjoyed conversation in relative peace. Good location about half hour from San Diego attractions and beach and 90 minutes from Disney. House was very clean and well taken care of with lots of extras. We would love to use again if we bring whole family to area again.

Fun Time

This was an excellent property for our needs. My grandchildren immensely enjoyed the pool and all the fun things to do. It was great! The hot tub didn't work, ice maker was not working properly, other than that it was the best place ever! Many thanks for sharing your home!

Invited my 4 kids, their spouses, and my 9 grandkids to join me at this amazing house in Poway to celebrate my 70th birthday. And, they all came! House provided all we needed, and then some. Highly recommend this listing.

YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS HOME

Where do I begin? Our family is still talking about this home. Our was the best for a family gathering. There is so much to do. Swimming, corn hole, hot tub, trampoline, fireplace and grilling outside. Comfortable beds! Everything you could need or want to do. Manager is the best at returning calls and checking on us.

Family Birthday

We had our family and their children, 12 in all. Great property for kids, pool, pool slide, jacuzzi, sports court, trampoline. But, the home is old. Master suite toilet was plugged when we arrived. Contacted the owners, but no response for 6+ hours, they were in Italy. Pool jacuzzi bubbles never worked, jacuzzi lights never worked. Extra charge for pool heat, but well worth it. Lights in bath did not work… frustrating. Broken furniture pieces and to top it off soft mattresses. Sorry, but it could have been amazing and that is what we expected, VRBO has the property as 10 stars?!

Family fun getaway!

Super well stocked and so much to do at this suburban escape. The swimming pool was used every day, along with the sports court and a pool table. Also had plenty for the younger kids in our group as well. Big enough so you could escape as well with beds for all. Outdoors space had great gathering spots (BBQ and Fireplaces). We typically cook all our meals on these trips and again the house had everything our family needed or wanted. Would recommend this home for family gatherings as it was a hit for ours.

Family Vacation!

This was the absolute best family vacation staying here in Poway at Becky’s place! We spent time at Universal, Safari Zoo, the USS Midway, Del Mar beach surfing, hiking trails, and wineries for a sunset casual family dinner. But, what really made this such a special trip was Becky’s family home, it was very inviting and FUN! The pool, spa, trampoline, pickleball court, was like being at a private resort! Thank you so much for sharing your home and all the amenities! We will return for sure!

Big house big fun

Hosts were very kind and accommodating, even had a sweet treat for us at checkin. They opened their family homes to us and treated us as if we were family. They were very giving too. Garage filled with toys and things to take on a beach trip. Kitchen had everything you could need and then some. Would highly recommend

Brother’s 70th birthday celebration

It was a perfect house for us. We stayed with our sons, wives and two grandchildren ( 2+ and 9 months). We also stayed with my two brothers and my brother’s wife. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Had two pack n plays for the grandkids which worked out fabulously. Had toys for the grandkids to entertain themselves along with backyard space and pool! House was <2miles from my brother’s house and celebration and close to hiking trails. Highly recommend this house

Perfect for our Family

This was a perfect size and location for our family reunion. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed some beach days as well. Comfortable beds... a little warm in some of the upstairs rooms, but fans were provided. WELL STOCKED kitchen and beautiful area. We hiked Twin Peaks and enjoyed the nearby park.
