This three bedroom and four full bath tri-level townhome (no guests above or below) sleeps up to 8, and is just a short walk to the nearest beach access. Centrally located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms (across street from tennis/pickleball courts), this villa offers affordable updated accommodations for a small group or family. The two balconies and sun room (windows can open to function as screened porch), offer a waterway view. Bring or rent a bike, and enjoy access to miles of beach and bike paths. In close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, this is a great location to get away and relax. Approximately 3 short blocks from a beach access path, where you can enjoy miles of award-winning white sandy beaches.

Flat-screen Smart televisions with basic cable packages, are provided in the living room and two bedrooms. Wireless internet included.

Tennis getaway

The location was great for us (three adult couples) next to the Wild Dunes tennis center. The condo was comfortable for a 4 night stay. The unit was clean, but has a few minor maintenance issues where the back deck should be painted, chaise lounges updated and minor wood repairs, but none of this impaired our stay and the location, kitchen, and sleeping arrangements met our needs well.

Cute townhouse in IOP

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was clean and comfortable and near the tennis courts and beach. Walked across to the pro shop each morning for delicious coffee so we didn’t even use our coffee pot the whole time! The only drawback is- the stairs inside going up to the 3 bedrooms are not easy to walk on. They have these thick treads on the edges and you can easily stumble on them. So we had to put shoes on to be able to get up and down the stairs. We enjoyed the comfortable den furniture and it was a quiet area.

Isle of Palms Wild Dunes rental home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience at the home I rented in Wild Dunes from mid-Jan through Feb 10, 2024. The home was spacious except for the kitchen counter space and size. Loved the location near the Harbor golf course. Easy walking access to the beach past the Sweetgrass Inn and shops. Great restaurants and easy access to grocery, etc. Home was very clean when I arrived and well appointed with furniture and amenities. I would rent this home again during the same general time period.

Perfect

My wife played in a tennis tournament and the condo was in the perfect location. The mattress in the master bedroom was great. Not a large negative but a few things could have been cleaner: Kitchen oven mitts, shelves in pantry. There is also an odd chunk out of the kitchen floor We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy the island
