This beautiful Casitais located in a quite neighborhood, minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, Golf course, Top Golf and more. House includes a master suite, covered patio with specious sitting area and private parking.

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. Hope you enjoy your stay and you visit again soon! This home is located a few minutes from restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fiesta Texas Six-flags, La Cantera, The RIM shopping, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation!

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety. You will have private parking. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park which is located a few minutes walking from the house, which includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for BBQ.

This 800 sqf casita includes a master bedroom with king bed. In the living room there is a pull out couch which turns to a twin bed. Casita includes everything you need - Smart TV, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, Drip coffee machine and more. This Casita is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. There is an outdoor covered patio to enjoy the sunny texas days.

Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $60 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.

• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)

Check-In process was very easy. This was the cutest little house and yet it was enough for us to be able to host Thanksgiving lunch for our son and his wife. The location was perfect for our needs, my brother was less than 2 miles away, our son lived about 4 miles away and there was a brand-new HEB less than a mile away!

We chose this property as it met all the requirements we needed. We have a standard Poodle that travels with us everywhere. She was accepted at this really neat Casita. It was located just minutes from our granddaughter and her husband and brand new baby. There were plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The house matched the pictures exactly. It was clean, had very nice furnishings and was a private, secluded location. There were absolutely no problems whatsoever with the house and it's appointments. The host was extremely communicative and left very detailed instructions to access the house and how to use the internet and televisions. It was a nice well kept, quiet neighborhood. We will make this our first choice when we return to visit our family. I would highly recommend this property and it's wonderful, attentive host, except done rent it when we want it!
