The Space
This spacious 1,300+ sq. ft. home offers a comfortable setting for relaxing after a day exploring Big Bear. Gather in the living room around the wood-burning fireplace, stream your favorite shows or enjoy board and card games together. The kitchen and dining area make meals at the cabin easy, with plenty of seating for the group.

Outside, enjoy morning coffee from the spacious front deck or unwind in the private backyard. Soak in the hot tub, fire up the gas BBQ or simply relax under the mountain sky.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
