As you enter the home on the lower level you will be greeted by 3 bedrooms, all excellent options for people in your group to get a peaceful night sleep in the mountains! Bedroom 1 has a King Size Bed furnished with cozy linens, enjoy watching your favorite show on your own Flat Screen TV, and as you drift off to sleep on warm summer nights enjoy the ceiling fan to keep you cool. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed, a window to the front yard, its own Flat Screen TV, and a ceiling fan as well as a closet to store your belongings during your stay. Bedroom 3 offers a Full Over Full bunk bed perfect for kiddos in your group. The Hallway bathroom on the lower level comes with a tub/shower combo and also a door directly to Bedroom 1 as well as the hallway.

As you make your way upstairs to the open concept living area, you will immediately feel the sense of a relaxing cabin retreat. The vaulted ceilings with real wood paneling and wood burning fireplace surrounded by comfy leather couches is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of mountain adventures! Enjoy a movie night with your family on the Flat Screen Smart TV with Bose Soundbar! Or maybe play the guitar or a record or two.  Just off of the living area is a dining table with 4 chairs, a great place to gather for a family meal or playing a game of cards. Make your way to the kitchen where you will find a real wood slab bar top with 2 bar stools, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to make a lovely meal for your group. The kitchen includes a gas oven/range, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender and toaster, as well as all the utensils you need for your stay.  Just off of the kitchen is a ¾ bath for your convenience on the upper level, you will also find a washer and dryer located in the bathroom to use during your stay.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
