Excellent stay!

This was a great rental experience. The house was in a very nice neighborhood, clean, and in a convinient location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Denver area.

Nice quiet neighborhood, extremely pet friendly. Had no issues with communicating with property management when needed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Problems with plumbing. Problems with air-conditioning. Problems with TVs and one of them didn’t work. Broken backyard chair, and broken items in the backyard. Certificate on wall with the city was expired. Neighborhood was loud every night. Neighbors looked at us like they weren’t expecting someone to stay in that home.
