- This property has a pool. The pool is serviced by a professional contractor and is carried out every two (2) weeks. You are aware and agree that upon booking this property you may find leaf debris in the pool which is out of our control due to environmental reasons ie: the weather - we cannot control the weather! There is a pool scoop you are welcome to use during your stay to remove any leaf debris! - This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service.
- This property has a staircase to the centre to take you from ground floor to first floor - there is no lift.
- The three (3) garages are NOT FOR GUESTS USE - parking is to the open driveway only!
