Welcome to your cozy retreat in Forest Hill—one of Toronto’s most prestigious and peaceful neighborhoods. This bright, private second-floor bedroom is perfect for long-term stays, offering everything you need for a comfortable and quiet home base.

Just 5 minutes to Cedarvale LRT and 7 minutes to Eglinton West Station. Bus stop at the doorstep (routes 109 & 164), with easy access to major highways. Enjoy a walkable neighborhood filled with local cafés, shops, parks, and restaurants.

Private, keyed bedroom on the second floor with large window, Twin bed, desk, chair, and closet
Shared 3-piece bathroom on the same floor (shared with 1–2 respectful guests, cleaned weekly)
Access through the main entrance on Marlee Avenue (shared with 1–2 guests)
Ideal for 1 guest (please message if you are inquiring for 2 guests max)

Living room with TV, sofa and coffee table
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, air fryer, kettle, rice cooker, and essentials
