Beautiful architecturally designed home. 4 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. Aster with ensuite, 2nd room in main house with 3 single beds. Double bed in separate living area, plus 4th bedroom with 3 more single beds. Lots of space and beds for the whole family. Great open plan living area with fireplace for winter. Outside lawn and large deck for playing, fire pit, relaxing and BBQ summer afternoons. Basketball court out the back! Large pontoon for your vessel and your friends right out front.
The whole home and garden are fully accessible to you. There is a small study that is for owners use only and locked accordingly. Access will be provided via a key safe on your arrival.
There is not vehicle access to or on the island. You won’t need it. Bring your boat or come over via water taxi - there is a local water taxi company (Steve’s Water Taxis) that provides services to us and guests on a regular basis, from Paradise Point. Park the car there and be delivered direct to your pontoon - cheaper than a ferry to Stradbroke or Moreton, for 8-10 people it works out at less than $15 ppn each way. You can also get the cheap and regular ferry to Tipplers and walk down (3-4K walk), although this may be challenging carrying all your food and luggage for your stay!
Otherwise boat hire is available and details are outlined on my website. We are not associated with Couran Cove at all, no issues with our utilities. But BYO everything - food and drink, and firewood if you intend to use a lot. We’ll have the kitchen stocked with usual amenities and conveniences but not fully stocked for executive chefs 😉

This family beach house was everything we had hoped for and more. Perfectly positioned and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of eight, it offered plenty of room for everyone to relax, enjoy their own space, or come together as a group. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. We caught heaps of fish and crabs, both off the pontoon and the mangroves nearby. The surf side of the island was just beautiful to spend our afternoons and the walk to Tipplers was both adventurous and easy. Our host was prompt, friendly and clear in all communication, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. We would highly recommend this property and will absolutely be returning, as we enjoyed our stay so much.
