Walking distance to Costco, Walmart, Starbucks and other establishments. 20-minute drive to Calgary’s vibrant downtown and popular attractions like the Calgary Zoo, Calgary Tower, and Glenbow Museum. Close to YYC Airport & major highways, making it easy to explore the wider Calgary area and beyond. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a business trip, or simply to explore the local attractions, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Hot summer is not also a problem, Cozyhub has a central AC that will make you cozy even on hot days.

Cozyhub is a key less property, late check-in not a problem. House Code will be provided on the day of arrival.

100% Non- smoking property. Strictly No Smoking.

Note: Basement is not included - it is a legal suite with side entrance. Main house & the basements has no access to each other. A single quiet respectful tenant is occupying the basement.

Very easy to find and access. Very clean.Maybe consider putting stickers on the main shower head bathroom that indicate the correct temperature placement.
