The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
Wash the dishes, and take out the garbage before checkout. Please clear the fridge of all perishable food items before checkout
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. No smoking inside the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. 2. Keep a close eye on kids at all times.
No unregistered guests. No pet policy. There’s a $1000 fine for violating this rule. When in the house, please avoid touching or staining the walls.
Make sure to turn off the lights, heatingand all electronics when you leave the house, and please don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
